Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Alzoth LLC (“Astral Pick,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit astralpick.com or astralpick.app (the “Site”), join our waitlist, or receive our emails (together, the “Service”).

The Service is intended for adults in the United States. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address when you join the waitlist or subscribe to our emails.
- Zodiac sign or birth date, only if you choose to enter it to receive personalized picks. A birth date is optional; you can use the Service with a zodiac sign alone.
- Messages you send us, for example by email.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. Our hosting provider and analytics tool collect this data in aggregated or truncated form (see Section 5).
- Email engagement data such as whether an email was opened or a link clicked, collected by our email provider.
We do not collect payment information at this time. If we introduce paid features, we will update this policy and payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. Please do not send us lottery ticket numbers, account credentials or government ID numbers.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- send you the emails you signed up for, such as waitlist updates, launch news and lottery number picks for your zodiac sign;
- personalize picks if you choose to share your sign or birth date;
- operate, secure and improve the Site, including understanding which pages are used;
- respond to your messages;
- comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for targeted advertising by third parties.
4. Service providers and sharing
We share information only with companies that help us run the Service, and only for that purpose:

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business. In that case the recipient will be bound by this policy.
We do not share your information with lotteries, lottery retailers or lottery courier services.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for security and basic operation (for example, Cloudflare’s security cookies).
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
Our emails may contain a small image or tracking link that tells us whether an email was opened or clicked. You can block images in your email program to prevent this.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because we do not track users across third-party websites.
6. Your choices and rights
Email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@astralpick.com to be removed. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@astralpick.com. We will verify your request by confirming it from the email address on file.
California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email hello@astralpick.com.
Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas) may have similar rights. We extend the rights above to all users regardless of state.
7. Data retention and security
We keep your email address and preferences for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we keep a suppression record of your address so that we do not email you again, and delete other data within 90 days. Technical logs are kept by our providers for a limited period for security purposes.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and two-factor authentication on our provider accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children, international users, changes and contact
Children. The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (21 where your state requires it for lottery play) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Users outside the United States. The Service is directed to U.S. residents and our providers process data in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and your information will be processed in the U.S.
Changes. We may update this policy. We will post the new version on the Site with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
